This past weekend we packed up the essentials and headed east for a quick weekend getaway to embrace the last months of summer! It was filled with soaking in the ocean, a stack of travel magazines that smuggled sand back in the creases, my linen weekender tote that did double duty as a beach bag and iced cocktails in hand! The Atlantic was warm and the morning air salty. It was a short two day trip to the coast of northern SC, but we came back rejuvenated and sun-kissed, well worth the drive!
